AppDetex & Blue Planet Software Inc., both agents for Tetris Holding LLC, appreciate that I wanted to include a tribute to the original Tetris game,
but the problem, they claim, is that the Brick'em game copies the visual expression of the Tetris video game.
In addition, they claim, it also copies the famous Tetris trade dress.
So, for now, Brick'em had to be removed from the Mini-Games, until I create "my own visual expression" of this classic game.
